Week 17 and End of the Year results

Well, here it is folks, the culmination of 17 weeks worth of wins and losses, shattered dreams and playoff hopes. We had an eight way tie going into last nights late game for the win. Jack, Jimmy T, Mikey G, Chris D, Janni, Tom, Bob and Dave C all had 11 wins and only 4 losses. Everybody picked San Diego to win and remarkably predicted it was going to be a high scoring game because Dave C and Chris D shared the win with 60points. Congratulations guys!

Jack managed to retain his lead into last nights game and won the year with just one point over Mikey G. and Tom...better luck next year guys!
So that's it....Time to sell super bowl squares.
Sadly we won't be watching the Pats play any more this year. :-(
Lets hope marriage does good things for Tom's Brady's game!

Those of you with winnings coming let me know if you want squares and I'll deduct it from your win, otherwise I'll send out checks this week. Thanks for playing everyone, it was a great, fun year. Hope you'll all be back to play again in September!
Happy New Year!

~Lisa & Mikey~

P.S. If anybody thinks that a mistake was made with their scores or the tally sheet please bring it to our attention ASAP.

Week 9 results

Sorry this weeks standings are late. We had a very hectic day yesterday that started with voting, then taking Emily (our 16.5 year old) to the RMV to take her Driving road test (which she passed) then to RI to support my brother in his town council re-election bid (he won 3rd out of 14) so it was a busy day. I appreciate your patience.
So, here it is, We had a two way tie going into Monday nights game between Jack and Dave C. Jack picked Pittsburgh to win, Dave picked Washington so Jack wins the week.....again. And if that weren't enough he's in the lead for points for the year all by himself. Congratulations Jack! For the record, last weeks standings should have read that Jack, Patti and Jim T. all were in the lead for points for the year. Sorry Jim!
Alright, here we go, onto week 10. Thursday night game this week folks so make sure to have those picks in no later then an hour before kick off. Have a great week and good luck!

Not only did the Patriots win but they made the Bronco's run for the border, so Janni won the week! Congratulations Janni!!!

Our pool is really starting to heat up and some players are really starting to be forces to recon with. Dave R has won 2 of the last 6 weeks and was in the running for a third week, and Patti has been right there all along and won a week of her own. Take this week for example. Dave R, Patti and Mike L all had 9 wins going into last nights game, due to a huge upset they all lost last nights game so it came down to points and Dave R. was closest! Congratulations again Dave R.! Patti is still holding onto her lead for the year by only a point. Onto week 7. Here is the schedule, don't forget to get your picks in no later then noon on Sunday!
Have a good week everybody and good luck!

Week 4 Results

I need to post a revision.
I marked Patti's Cleveland pick as a loss, when it was actually a win....Instead of being 7 wins and 5 losses she was 8 wins and 4 losses going into Monday nights game which put her in the running with Dave and Jim for the week. She picked Pittsburgh to win with 42 points. The actual points in the game were 43 and Dave picked 44 so Dave and Patti split this weeks pot. Patti's win also propelled her into top spot for the end of year win. Congratulations Patti! Glad you caught my mistake! It happens from time to time!Sorry for the confusion and good luck! ~Lisa~
P.S. Happy Anniversary Chris & Patti!
Good Morning, hope this entry finds everybody well this morning. We had an exciting week in our pool and the newcomers certainly gave the veterans a run for their money this week.
